Robocopy
The Windows command-line tool that copies files and folders with fault tolerance, retries and multithreading.
// EXPLANATION
If copying is interrupted it resumes where it stopped, retries on network errors and preserves permissions and timestamps. A switch such as /MIR mirrors source to destination but deletes extra files at the destination, so use it with care.
