Vapor chamber
Türkçe: Buhar haznesi (vapor chamber)
A thin cooling plate in which an internal fluid evaporates at the hot spot and condenses in cooler regions, spreading heat across a wide surface.
// EXPLANATION
Because phase change moves heat far more effectively than copper, it spreads the intense heat of the SoC quickly in phones and graphics cards and delays performance drop (throttling).
