Thermal throttling
Türkçe: Termal kısma (throttling)
The automatic lowering of frequency and power when a chip overheats, to prevent damage.
// EXPLANATION
In long gaming or AI workloads a device starts fast and then slows as it heats up. Good cooling (vapor chamber, liquid cooling) delays throttling and raises sustained performance.

// RELATED TERMS
TDP (thermal design power)A value in watts showing the heat a chip produces under typical loads, i.e. the power the cooling system must be able to dissipate.
Vapor chamberA thin cooling plate in which an internal fluid evaporates at the hot spot and condenses in cooler regions, spreading heat across a wide surface.
Liquid coolingA cooling method that carries heat away from processors with a liquid (cold plates or immersion), which moves heat far better than air.
