Liquid cooling
Türkçe: Sıvı soğutma
A cooling method that carries heat away from processors with a liquid (cold plates or immersion), which moves heat far better than air.
// EXPLANATION
When air cooling is not enough in high-density AI racks, cold plates mounted directly on the chip or immersion of the whole server in dielectric fluid are used. It saves fan energy and lowers PUE.

PUE (power usage effectiveness)The ratio of a data centre's total energy use to the energy used by IT equipment alone; the closer to 1.0 the more efficient.
TDP (thermal design power)A value in watts showing the heat a chip produces under typical loads, i.e. the power the cooling system must be able to dissipate.
Data centreA facility housing servers, storage and network equipment together with their power, cooling and security infrastructure.
Thermal throttlingThe automatic lowering of frequency and power when a chip overheats, to prevent damage.
